Are you fully protected from swine flu.

Swine flu is spreading like wild fire and everyday you read about people dying from this life threatening virus although we have been told it is now turning into a pandemic and people are becoming worried over the outbreak of this bug, but the question now is how can we protect ourselves and our families from swine flu and for how long. The thing is that swine flu is on the rise and could reach a peak in autumn or winter and many more people will contract this bug, but the Health Secretary Andy Burnham has assured us that the virus is mostly proving to be a mild bug and so there is no need to worry and certainly no need to change our daily routine. Of cause i will go about my business and nobody will be prefer to sit at home and expect manner to fall from above, you only have to be cautious and go about your business regardless of how fast the flu is spreading.

The Health Secretary has also assured us that vast majority will make a good and quick recovery and that there is enough Tamiflu for everyone. Should that make us feel happy or worry less well i don't know, the only thing i know is that the only way you can avoid contracting swine flu is by being hygenic and avoiding those who have contracted it. catching your sneeze properly with your tissue, throwing it into the bin and kill it by washing your hands properly may do the magic but for how long, i guess you have an answer to that.

Although we have been told as on the 23rd of July 2009 by the U.K Health Protection agency that more than 700 people worldwide have been killed by this bug and around 55,000 Brits have reported flu symptoms in the past week but are they all linked to swine flu, well not yet proven but am sure some of this symptoms are also similar to those of a seasonal flu and will not require an anti virals but can be treated at home. My main corncern is that the rate at which this virus is spreading and killing innocent victims is becoming scary and most fatalities will occur in people with respiratory diseases or immune system deficiencies, along with patients recovering from one form of operation moreover children and babies are not left out. I only hope and pray that this nightmare will be over soon and that a cure for this deadly virus will be discovered soon because i do not know who the next victim will be neither do you.
